Usage

How can I check my credit balance?

You can check your credit balance, SMS and Data separately with short codes:

dial *101# to check your main balance;
dial *103# to check your text balance;
dial *108# to check your data balance.

Please keep in mind a data session can be active during several days. This depends on the type of device you use. A data session can be closed manually by selecting the ‘airplane mode’ or by turning your device off and on again.

Note that for data-only sim-cards you can only check the remaining data only through your Viking account on our website. Short codes via sms will not do the job.
