Transferring your number to Mobile Vikings is simple and free. Just file the order through our website, app or hotline - we will take care of the rest.
What will you need?
- Personal line: first and last name, passport (or PESEL if you have been issued one), current operator and phone number.
- Business line: company data (name, Tax ID, REGON and KRS IDs), phone number and name or company representative.
Select the transfer date:
- Prepaid: any date (but please check for possible penalties for contract termination).
- Subscription: with notice period or after contract expires (with no contractual fines).
We will send the new SIM card by courier or, if you select the eSIM, by email. Confirm card received in the app or your account on our website. We will keep you informed about each step - sending texts, emails or in the app.
The order fee funds the first Mobile Vikings top-up.
