When checking your data package balance, keep in mind that your data session may remain active for several days. This depends on the device you are using. You can end the session by enabling airplane mode or by turning your device off and on again.
Please note that short codes do not work on SIM cards in the Mobile Internet tariff – in this case, you can check your data balance only by logging in to your Viking Account on our website or in the app.
