Usage

How can I check my credit and usage of data and text messages?

You can find an overview of your usage on your account with a delay of 4 hours by choosing 'My SIMs’ > ‘Usage’. On this page, you can find an overview of the data sessions, incoming/outgoing calls and incoming/outgoing texts registered by your SIM card. You can check your usage per day or per week.

You can check your usage separately with short codes:

  • dial *101# to check your main balance;
  • dial *103# to check your text balance;
  • dial *108# to check your data balance.

Please keep in mind a data session can be active during several days. This depends on the type of device you use. A data session can be closed manually by selecting the ‘airplane mode’ or by turning your device off and on again.

Note that for Data-only sim-cards you can only check the remaining data only through your Viking account on our website. Short codes via sms will not do the job.
