Usage

Can I receive VAT invoices for the top-ups?

Yes, you can receive VAT invoices for top-ups made through the website www.mobilevikings.pl. To do so, your account must have business account status.

If you're just joining the Vikings, you'll be able to enter the relevant details during the order process. However, if you're already with us and want to change your account type, go to: "Settings" -> "Details" -> "Account type".

An invoice for a given month will be generated on the 5th day of the following month (invoices are usually generated by the end of that day). You’ll find it under: "My Account" > “My Account” > "Invoices". You can check the invoice details in: “My Account” > "My Account" > "Details" > "Invoice details".
