When transferring your number, there are several important things to keep in mind:
- The number transfer request form must be completed with the personal details of the person to whom the number is currently registered with the existing operator.
- The number must be active at the time of transfer. If its validity period is about to expire, make sure to extend it beforehand according to the rules of your current operator.
- For postpaid numbers, when choosing the transfer mode, remember that terminating your contract early may result in a penalty charged by your current operator. To avoid this, it is best to choose the option “at the end of the fixed-term contract”.
- If you choose to transfer “at the end of the fixed-term contract” or “with the notice period respected”, your request can be submitted to your current operator no earlier than 120 days before the contract ends. Submitting it earlier will result in the request being rejected.
- Before transferring your number, check whether your contract includes multiple numbers (e.g., an additional data SIM). Transferring only one number means that the contract is terminated solely for that number – the remaining numbers stay active, and your operator may continue to charge fees until the contract ends.
Remember! We transfer only numbers from the Polish numbering plan, registered with Polish operators.
