Usage
Extending the offer via SMS
Want to quickly activate a Match or Mobile Internet offer? Send an SMS to 234, and you're all set! By sending the message, you accept the "SMS Offer Activation" terms and conditions, but that's just a formality. It couldn't be simpler.
1. How to extend the offer via SMS?
If you have sufficient funds on your Balance, you can activate or extend the Pay-as-you-go offer and the Mobile Internet offer via SMS.
How to do it?
Send a free SMS to 234 with the following message:
- Doladuj solidny – for the Solid Match offer;
- Doladuj perfekt – for the Perfekt Match offer;
- Doladuj hot – for the Hot Match offer;
- Doladuj ekstra – for the Ekstra Match offer;
- Doladuj ladunek100 – for the Ładunek100 offer;
- Doladuj ladunek150 – for the Ładunek150 offer;
- Doladuj ladunek250 – for the Ładunek250 offer.
2. Why didn’t the SMS offer extension work?
Check if the SMS content was correct or if you have sufficient funds on your Balance. If everything seems fine, please contact our HelpDesk.
3. What is the cost of sending an SMS to 234?
The SMS is free, even if you send it while roaming abroad.
4. I want to extend the offer via SMS using a payment card instead of my Balance.
Currently, this option is not available. Funds are deducted exclusively from your Balance.
5. Can I top up prepaid funds via SMS?
You can only extend offers via SMS, specifically the Pay-as-you-go offer and the Mobile Internet offer.
6. How quickly will the offer extension via SMS be processed?
Activation takes up to 24 hours, but it is usually much faster.
7. How can I check my Balance without accessing my Viking Account?
Dial the short USSD code: *101#, and call.
8. I don’t have access to my Viking Account. How can I top up my Balance?
You can top up your Balance using a bank account or by purchasing a PLAY top-up card at a physical store in the PLAY network.
