Usage

How can I block the Premium Services?

Premium services are all kinds of services that charge you extra:

Special number calls, SMS, MMS and video
Incoming Special SMS/MMS
Special WAP
Streaming services
some helplines and audiotext services

If you want to block the Premium Services on your phone, all you need to do is to contact us using your registered e-maill adress. The blockade will be activated in our system.

If you didn't block the Premium Services completely, then since 12/12/2018 there are limited nevertheless. In accordence with the Telecommunication Law, your monthly limit is set for 35 zł. You can disable or change it by contacting our helpdesk.
