I have a Match/Standard offer and want to use my Subscription. How do I do this?

If you already have an active number on our network and want to switch to a Subscription, simply log in to your Viking Account on the website and select the subscription offer in the recharge panel: "Recharge Account" -> "Switch to Subscription."

There, you can choose whether the first Subscription refresh should happen immediately or at the end of the current offer period.

Unused GB from the previous offer carry over and are accumulated in the Subscription.

If you’re on a Trial Voyage and still have promotional recharges, the promotion will continue to apply even after switching to a Subscription.

Switching to a Subscription immediately charges for it, so it’s best to switch towards the end of your current offer.
