Internet World Packages - International Packages
What is the Internet World Package?
The Internet World Package is an additional mobile internet package available exclusively for the Subscription offer, which you can use outside the borders of Poland and the European Union.
What packages are available?
There are three types of Internet World Packages available:
- 300 MB - 50 PLN
- 1 GB - 100 PLN
- 5 GB - 150 PLN
The package is valid for 14 days. If you use up the package sooner and want to purchase the same one again, please contact our Helpdesk.
How do I purchase the packages?
You can purchase the packages directly from your Viking App. See, it’s easy:
- Log in to the Viking App.
- Click "Buy package" in "Internet and roaming."
- In "Additional packages," choose the package that interests you.
- Pay for your purchase using one of the available methods.
In which countries can I use the packages?
You can use the Internet World Package when traveling to the following countries: Armenia, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, China, Montenegro, Egypt, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jersey, Canada, Qatar, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Africa, South Korea, Russia, Serbia, Sri Lanka, USA, Switzerland, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, and Vietnam.
Which network should I connect to in order to use the package?
It's best to activate the package while still in Poland, before entering the roaming zone (please remember that the 14-day validity starts from the moment of purchase). If you're already abroad, to avoid additional charges for using the internet outside the package, connect to an available Wi-Fi network, purchase the package, and wait for an SMS confirming the activation. The package activation may take up to 24 hours, although it usually happens much faster.

How do I check the status of the package?
You can check the status of your package usage on your Viking Account online or by using the code *580#.
