What do I need to do to be able to use roaming services within the European Union?

If you frequently travel within the European Union, the Subscription offer is a good choice, as it provides a package of unlimited calls, SMS, and a set data limit each month, depending on the offer variant.

If you are currently using the Match or Standard offer, you will need to have funds in your Balance or purchase dedicated roaming packages to use roaming services.

Before you travel, make sure roaming is enabled on your number. You can check this in the Viking App -> "Profile" -> "Number Settings."

If you are staying in the EU for an extended period, please note that, in accordance with the Fair Use Policy, additional charges may be applied to your basic service rates. You can find more information about potential additional charges here.
