Roaming with a prepaid offer – how does it work and how much does it cost?

As part of the POD PRĄD offer, you get unlimited calls, SMS messages, and a GB data limit depending on the plan you choose, which you can use within the Eurozone countries (under the ZEFIR plan it’s 7.27 GB, FALA – 8.72 GB, SZTORM – 10.17 GB, and VALHALLA – as much as 13.08 GB). This means that while abroad, you can call and text other EU countries or locally without incurring any additional charges.

Using mobile data within the European Union reduces your GB limit available in Poland.

Here are a few examples to better illustrate how the services work:

• I’m in Poland and want to contact someone with a foreign number. If you're calling a foreign number, it's considered an international call and will be charged according to the rates listed in the offer's price list. To make such a call, your Balance must be topped up.
• I’m in Poland and want to contact someone with a Polish number who is currently abroad. If you call a domestic number that is roaming abroad, you will not incur any additional charges.
• I’m abroad and want to contact a number from another Eurozone country. If you are in one of the Eurozone countries and make calls or send SMS messages to people in other Eurozone countries, you won’t pay any extra fees for this.
• I’ve used up my entire GB roaming limit. If you’ve used your entire GB limit while roaming, you can top up your Balance to continue using data according to the additional services price list, or purchase extra data packages.
