How to order an eSIM?

You can order an eSIM card in the Viking App or on the Viking's online account.

Add a specific offer to the shopping cart: Subscription, Match, or Mobile Internet. Choose eSIM as the form of the card. Follow the next simple steps in the shopping cart.

You are our Viking and you want to order an eSIM for your active number?

Write to us from the email address associated with your Viking Account. Send the following data for verification:

• first name and last name

• phone number

• PESEL number and personal identification number and series

We will contact you as quickly as possible! Then you will receive a QR code from us and activate the eSIM according to simple instructions. Activate within 72 hours - after this time, we will deactivate the connection for security reasons. It will be necessary to order a new duplicate eSIM card, which costs 19 PLN.
