How can I check my call history and data/SMS usage in Mobile Vikings?

You can view and download your call history in the Viking Account under My account → My SIM cards → History.

The detailed billing includes outgoing traffic, i.e.:

    • calls made from your number,
    • sent SMS and MMS messages,
    • data usage.

Information is available both for daily usage and for summaries covering a selected period.

Important: When checking your data package status, keep in mind that your data session may remain active for several days. This depends on the device you are using.

To end the data session and refresh the package status, you can:

    • enable airplane mode, or
    • turn your device off and on again.
