Usage
Topping up the additional services balance
If you want to use additional paid services — for example, make a call while roaming (if you're using the Match offer, where such calls require an additional fee) or send a Premium SMS (you can find all paid services listed in the Price List) — and you don't have sufficient funds in your Balance, simply select a top-up of any amount in the top-up panel. You can choose an amount between 5 PLN and 300 PLN. The added funds will remain valid as long as your number is active, but they do not extend its validity.
Such a top-up will not activate an offer or extend the account validity, but you can use the deposited funds to activate plans or use services at standard rates.
If you don't have an active offer, the following charges apply for services used in Poland:
- Outgoing voice calls to all mobile and landline numbers in Poland (per-second billing) – 0.19 PLN/min
- SMS to a domestic mobile number – 0.09 PLN/SMS
- MMS to all domestic mobile operators – 0.10 PLN/MMS
- Data transmission within Poland on the Play network and in domestic roaming with Orange – 0.01 PLN/MB
