Usage
Topping up the additional services balance
If you want to use additional paid services, such as making a roaming call or sending a Premium SMS (all paid services can be found in the Rate List), and you don’t have sufficient funds in your Balance, simply choose a top-up amount in the top-up panel. You can select an amount between 5 PLN and 300 PLN. Added funds will remain valid as long as your number is active, but they do not extend its validity.
To top up your Balance, you can also use external payment channels:
- through your bank’s website
- using other services such as doladowaniaplay.pl, doladowania.pl, tutajdoladuj.pl, blue.pl, doladowania24.pl, doladuj.interia.pl, doladujtelefon.pl
- online electronic top-ups.
These top-ups do not activate any offers or extend the account’s validity, but the added funds can be used to activate plans or access services at standard rates.
When you do not have an active offer, the following charges apply for services within the country:
- Outgoing voice calls to all mobile networks and landlines in the country (per-second billing) - 0.19 PLN/min
- SMS to a domestic mobile number - 0.09 PLN/SMS
- MMS to all domestic mobile operators - 0.10 PLN/MMS
- Data transfer within the Play network and national roaming on Orange - 0.01 PLN/MB.
