How to perform a cession – transfer your number to another person?

If you want to transfer your number to another person — in other words, perform a transfer of ownership — make sure the number is registered in your name, as we only initiate the process at the request of the current owner. The entire process begins when you send us an email to: helpdesk@mobilevikings.pl. In response, you'll receive detailed step-by-step instructions on what actions we take.

The process of changing the number’s owner depends on who you want to transfer the number to (for example, if the future owner is not yet a Viking, we’ll need to send a courier to verify their identity), so let us know which option you choose:

→ Option 1: Transfer to a Viking, meaning a person who has (or had) a number registered in their name with Mobile Vikings.

→ Option 2: Transfer to a future Viking, meaning a person who has never had a number registered in their name with Mobile Vikings.

→ Option 3: Transfer to a company, association, or another type of organization.

If you want to change your account type to a business account, first send us the VAT ID number (NIP) you’d like to use for invoicing. We’ll then send you specific instructions tailored to the type of organization the number will be transferred to.

The cost of the transfer is 30 PLN.

If there are any funds on your number’s balance, don’t worry. Before the transfer, we’ll ask you for a bank account number where we can refund the amount.
