If you want to replace your SIM or eSIM card, you can do it anytime in the Viking App.
How to do it?
- Go to Account → Order a duplicate card SIM/eSIM.
- First, we will verify your PESEL number – make sure the security lock is disabled.
- Choose the card type (SIM or eSIM) and decide whether you want to block your current card right away.
- If you are ordering a physical SIM card, provide the shipping address. For eSIM, you will go straight to the summary.
How much does it cost?
- The first duplicate within 365 days is free of charge.
- Each additional one costs 19 PLN.
How to activate the new card?
- If you chose to block your old card during the order, the new one will arrive already active.
- If not, go to www.mobilevikings.pl/pl/aktywuj to confirm receipt. Once you confirm, the old card will be deactivated, and the new one will be activated within 24 hours.
What if you don’t have access to the app?
If you cannot use the app, contact us from the email address linked to your Viking Account.
Physical SIM card – in your email, please include:
- full name
- phone number
- PESEL number
- shipping address
- contact phone number for the courier
- reason for replacement (lost, stolen, or other) – this helps us decide whether to block the old card immediately

Remember
Every time you replace a SIM/eSIM card, we check whether your PESEL number is blocked. Make sure the block is disabled before placing your order – otherwise, we won’t be able to complete the replacement process.
