Steps to Start Using EU Roaming Services

To use roaming services in the European Union, make sure that roaming is enabled on your number before travelling. You can check this in the app: Viking App → Profile → Number settings, as well as in your phone settings, in the section related to mobile network or mobile data

While staying in the EU, you can use services under regulated EU roaming. With an active Pod Prąd or Match plan, you have access to a service bundle also available in the Euro Zone, including unlimited calls, SMS, and a specific data allowance, depending on your selected plan. Data used in EU roaming reduces your domestic data bundle.

If you do not have an active plan or use services outside your bundle, calls, messages and data transmission are charged from your available balance, in accordance with the applicable price list. We therefore recommend ensuring you have sufficient balance before travelling.

You can find more information about costs and applicable rates here.

Please also remember that the Fair Use Policy (FUP) applies during longer stays in the EU. If roaming is used mainly abroad for an extended period, additional charges may be applied in accordance with the price list.
