Migrate to a Different Plan with Ease

If you have an active number in our network on the Match offer, you can easily switch to the Pod Prąd offer.

• On the Viking Account (www):
  Select “Renew plan” → in the top-up account panel select the offer → click “Discover the new offer” → “Switch now” → select new plan → continue.

• In the app:
  Profile → Your number → “Switch to a new offer” → “Discover the new offer” → select new plan → continue.

Remember: it’s a one-way voyage — once you switch from Match to the Pod Prąd offer, there’s no going back to the previous plan.

When will the offer change?

You can choose:

• immediately
• at the end of the current plan

→ In both cases, the payment for the new plan is charged immediately.

What happens to my accumulated GB?

Unused GB move with you to the Pod Prąd offer and continue to accumulate.
