Vikings, hold onto the helm! We're bringing you long-awaited news! We've finally finished work on the latest version of the Viking App and are handing it over to you. We can proudly say: we worked on this, no – we're still working on it. Although of course we'll add something to it over time, today we're showing off – a lifesaver like cold mead on a hot day, useful as an oar, and beautiful as Valkyries – it's here. Meet the new Viking App!
Many times you've reported various issues with certain functionalities in the app, or their complete absence. The app topic kept coming up on our social media, returning like a boomerang. We realized it required a rebuild, even a complete overhaul, but we didn't have enough crew in our IT department, enough time, or resources – there were other priorities. At the same time, we were constantly thinking about it and felt ashamed that, as Mobile Vikings, our mobile aspect was so lacking… In the end, instead of fixing individual bugs, we managed to create a new app – in the spirit of mobile first, but above all Viking first! It wasn't easy, but in the end, #EverythingForOurOwn!

Use it from the start
You can use the app even if you're just taking your first viking steps. After submitting a number porting request or ordering a new SIM card, you can track the progress of the process and eagerly await becoming a full-fledged Viking. This is new – the previous version could only be used after the number was activated.
Top up however you like
In the Viking App, you can also check the status and expiry of your account and all packages. You can also top up your account with a new recharge or an internet pack – you have many options to choose from. You can link your card, activate auto-recharges, use a quick dotpay transfer, or Viking Points. The previous version of the app did not allow linking a payment card – top-ups from within the app could only be made after linking a card on our website.

Invite friends aboard
Invite your friends aboard and get a 10% permanent discount for the first one, and for five friends, you'll have our service completely #ForFree – and forever. In the app, you can check your current discounts and how many more people you need to invite to use the service for free. In short – you'll know everything about your crew now!
Manage your account
You can also view your entire call history, top-ups, or package purchases, block your number, activate international roaming, or block premium services. You'll also find invoices in the app. Everything a Viking needs will be within your reach.
Stay up to date
Thanks to notifications, you'll immediately know what's happening with our crew! During app testing, our developers accidentally sent out notifications to all Vikings twice. We hope you weren't too upset about it! 😉 But of course, you know us well – we won't spam – we promise.
Share your opinion
We couldn't implement all the comments and suggestions you proposed during the beta tests. Some due to time constraints, others because our CFO would have completely lost his hair if we asked him for more app budget, and sometimes your suggestions simply contradicted each other – even if we stood on our helmets, we can't satisfy everyone. But one thing you can be sure of – we read and considered every comment. If you have even more suggestions or ideas, feel free to share your opinion.
