HOW TO TRANSFER A NUMBER?
Transfer you number in just a few simple steps!.
ORDER
Fill in quick online form giving basic registration data of your number (name, surname, PESEL). That’s all we need to make a Viking!
SIM CARD SHIPMENT
SIM card will be send to you even on the same day. DPD courier will take care of quick and contactless delivery, all in concern of your safety.
SIM CARD RECEPTION
Courier delivers a new SIM card to your doors. You confirm its delivery by entering the activation code (last 4 digits of SIM card) in Viking App or Viking Account. The rest of paperwork is on us, because your comfort is important.
NUMBER TAKE OVER
We contact your current Operator and take over your number as fast as possible! Even on the next day - if you’re not bound by any contracts - or just after its end.
YOUR NUMBER HAS LANDED ON OUR DECK
THE END
This is the moment we’ve all been waiting for. You put the new SIM card to your phone and become a Viking!

If you’re on prepaid offer, whole process may take only three working days from transfer order.

Sure you can :) If you’re currently on postpaid everything depends on your agreement. If it has already ended and is on indefinite period of time, we suggest choosing "with notice" option whlie placing an order (otherwise your current Operator may charge you a contractual penalty).
If your current number is still in force you must keep calm and wait until it ends. However, you can submit the order 120 days before the end of the contract!
Yes, your number will be active all the time and you will be able to use it on a daily basis. 24 hours before planned transfer we will inform you about it (by SMS, email or in the mobile app). Then all you have to do is put the new SIM card we send to you to your phone.
