HOW TO TRANSFER A NUMBER?

Want to change operator but keep your number?
Nothing easier! It doesn't matter if you have a subscription, mix or pre-paid offer – it will take just a few clicks, because we'll take care of the rest!
STEP 1

YOU: CHOOSE THE OFFER

You fill out a short online form or call our Help Desk. You order a SIM card or eSIM. You provide information about the transferred number and owner's details. You have a choice: confirm your identity online (via mObywatel or mojeID) or through a courier. You pay for the first month of usage. No trips to stores and signing documents!

STEP 2

WE: TAKE AWAY YOUR NUMBER

We take care of contacting your previous operator. We let them know that we're bringing you on board! And we send you a new SIM card or QR code for eSIM installation.

STEP 3

YOU: RECEIVE THE CARD

You install the eSIM 100% online or we deliver the traditional SIM card to your doorstep - for free.

STEP 4

WE: SET A TRANSFER DATE

We welcome your number on board even the next business day if you are not bound by a contract – or as soon as one expires.

STEP 5

YOU: SEAMLESSLY CHANGE THE NETWORK

After midnight on the transfer day, the SIM card of the old operator becomes inactive and the Mobile Vikings card comes to life. You just put the new card in your phone and it works.

Will my number transfer if I am abroad?

No. When transferring your number to the Mobile Vikings network, you must be within the range of our transmitters, i.e. in Poland. Otherwise the process will fail.

Can I transfer a number from a subscription or mix offer?

Of course! Just check the status of your contract with your current operator. In the case of a fixed-term contract, you can submit an order to transfer the number at the earliest 120 days before the end of its term. Do not break it earlier if you do not want to pay penalties – select the "at the end of the contract" option in the form.

If you know that your contract has already been entered into for an indefinite period, select the "with notice period" option in the order form to avoid financial penalties for breaking the contract.

Remember that only the number owner can transfer the number. If the phone number is not registered to you, no worries! That’s when number cession comes in handy.

Do you prefer a prepaid offer? You have the right, so you choose. Again, you change the offer when you want, without any consequences (only benefits await you). Once you have decided and filled in the short form (or contacted the Help Desk), the SIM card will arrive at your door. You acknowledge the receipt and the rest is on us. How long does it take to transfer a number?

It’s a simple process in Mobile Vikings. If you have a prepaid number, it can take as little as three working days from the time you apply. You can see everything in the Viking App. If you have a subscription and are contractually bound, we have good news – there is no contract that cannot be terminated. It all depends on what is written in your current contract. This is why sometimes patience is needed. Otherwise you expose yourself to contractual penalties with your current operator, if they have included such in your contract (not cool!).
