A good presentation is like good sunglasses. It has to look good. This means it should be comfortable to create, and it should look good. What presentation apps will let you create presentations like the best shades? Okay, let's check it out together 🤘!
How to create a presentation on your phone?
We already do almost everything on our phones. For example: grocery shopping, taking notes during lectures (we know some tried-and-tested note-taking apps), and using the flashlight to shine on ourselves, not our dads. We also play games (Tomb Raider and the like), count calories, and read books. We don't iron clothes yet, but who knows what the future holds. So – why not create presentations on them?
But how and is it comfortable – you might ask. After all, the screen is small, there's no touchpad or mouse… Trust us, it's as easy as pie 🚣. You'll need fast mobile internet and… get to it. Literally. With the apps we recommend, you'll create a truly Viking-worthy presentation!
What apps are good for creating presentations on your phone?
We've checked out a few apps for you that, as Viking tradition dictates, are first, available on both Android and iOS. Second, they're for everyone – beginners and advanced users. And third, these are presentation creation apps that are free. And that's a fair price 🙃.
PowerPoint online – long live the classic!
This is for the conservative Vikings. Or for those who appreciate classics. Probably most of us started our journey with multimedia presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint. Remember your first computer classes? Besides creating an email, you had to make a presentation. In PowerPoint, of course!
It's the most popular tool for creating presentations. It's usually associated with computers or laptops. But it's also great for creating presentations on phones and tablets. In its mobile form, it offers 99% of the features of the "standard" version. It's really packed with features 🤘! You can easily add text, quotes, and images. You can rotate and animate them. And finally, you can save the whole thing to Google Drive or share it – also to your computer, where you can finish and edit your multimedia presentation. We recommend it!
What more can we say? Let the numbers speak for themselves:

Google Slides – Uncle Google knows presentations
With this presentation app, you'll also experience comfort like on calm waters 🫡! To use it, you need a Google account. And good internet from the Vikings, but we've already established that 😉.
Google Slides, or Google Presentations, is compatible with the aforementioned PowerPoint. It's a great tool for working with other crew members – just grant them editing permissions. All changes are saved automatically, just like on a computer. You have access to many themes, fonts, and animations. And there are as many of them as there are gigs in our Subscription offer 😁. You can enrich your multimedia presentations with videos and photos, which you can also insert directly from your camera or cloud storage. We recommend it with a clear conscience!

Canva – awesome on Android, does okay on iOS
Our third suggestion is Canva: graphics, photos, video. From the name alone, you can guess that it's a self-starter – you can do everything in it, including multimedia presentations on your phone. A heads-up here: on Android, it runs like the Black Pearl, while on iOS it sometimes lags like a drakkar filled to the brim with gold. But this isn't a rule, and it might work better on your device.
Canva is very intuitive, and that's probably why it has won over millions of users. And probably because it's free. It's very similar to Google Slides. You can also create group presentations in it. It's for aesthetes – it allows you to achieve otherworldly effects, which is why it's Odin's favorite app 😇. It offers many templates to choose from, a huge amount of graphics, different colors, backgrounds, and fonts. It's also reliable for creating charts and infographics. And it's also compatible with PowerPoint. As they say – all roads lead to Rome, and presentation apps – to PowerPoint 🫠. Again – we recommend it!

Let it present well (for you)
Yes, we've served you a classic today. Because while we like to discover new lands, when it comes to presentation apps… there are practically none! Compared to apps in other categories – the selection is really small. We tested a few others – from smaller players. And they weren't it. Simply put: when something works well on a computer, it often works well on mobile too. And this is definitely the case with PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva. May your presentations present well.
Catch the fun and fair winds ⛵!
