Get VAT Invoices for Your Top-Ups

VAT invoices for top-ups made via your Viking Account or the Viking App are available to all users. Invoices for a given month will be generated by the 15th day of the following month (usually the process is faster).

You can find your invoices in the following locations:

• in your Viking Account: ‘Settings’ > ‘Invoices’;
• in the Viking App: ‘Account’ > ‘Payments’ > ‘Invoices’.
  

You can check your invoice details in the tab:

• in your Viking Account: ‘Settings’ > ‘Details’ > ‘Invoice details’;
• in the Viking App: ‘Account' > 'Your account' > 'Settings' > 'Your personal details

If you run a sole proprietorship (JDG) and want to receive invoices for your company, migrate to a business account.

You can migrate:

• in your Viking Account: ‘Settings’ > ‘Details’ > ‘Account type’ > ‘Switch to business’;
• in the Viking App: ‘Account’ > ‘Your account’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Details’> ‘Account type’ > ‘Switch to business’.
