USSD short codes

USSD short codes make everyday account usage easier. To use them, enter the appropriate code and confirm the call.

Account status

• *101# – account balance - checks the amount of funds available on your Balance.

• *103# – SMS/MMS status - checks the remaining SMS and MMS package.

• *108# – data package status - checks the remaining data allowance.

General

• 790 200 200 – voicemail configuration

• #002# – enable / disable voicemail

• #31#phone_number – hide my number - allows you to hide your number for a single call (replace phone_number with the number you are calling).

• *121# – show my number - displays your phone number.

• *120# – “call me” - sends a call request to the selected number (works only within the Mobile Vikings network).

Blocking calls from withheld numbers

• *222*114*1# – activation

• *222*114*2# – deactivation

Call forwarding

Forwarding calls to voicemail is free of charge. Other call forwarding options are charged like a standard call from the Mobile Vikings network to the selected number.

Important: Having voicemail enabled while abroad may generate additional charges according to the international roaming price list. Before travelling, you may want to disable this service.

• #21# – deactivate

• *67*phone_number# – activate when the line is busy

• *61*phone_number# – activate when there is no answer

• *62*phone_number# – activate when the number is unreachable

Replace phone_number with the number to which calls should be forwarded.

Missed call information

This service allows you to receive notifications about missed calls, depending on the situation:

• *67*790998725# – when the line is busy

• *61*790998725# – when there is no answer

• *62*790998725# – when the number is unreachable

Call waiting notification

This service allows you to receive information about new incoming calls while another call is in progress.
