In certain situations, you can apply for a refund of unused funds from your balance. Below, we explain when a refund is available and how to receive it.
You can apply for a refund within up to 6 months from the moment when:
In accordance with the Electronic Communications Law (PKE), only Consumers are eligible for a balance refund. This means individuals who use their number for purposes not directly related to business activity or professional work.
To receive a refund, you only need to provide a bank account number to which the funds will be transferred.
If you have already provided your bank account number, you don’t need to do anything else — we’ll take care of the rest.
You have several options:

You can provide your bank account number at any time, even if you are not currently planning to apply for a balance refund.
This depends on whether you provided your bank account number earlier.

The funds will be refunded within 21 days from the date when:

From the moment your number expires or is transferred, you have 6 months to provide your bank account number. Once you do, the funds will be refunded within 21 days.
In both cases, no applications or additional agreements are required.
If you do not provide your bank account number:
the law requires us to transfer your funds to the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE).
