How to top-up a SIM card?

There are two ways to top up your number: automatic or manual. Here's how it works:

1. Auto Top-up:

If you want your plan to renew automatically every month, enable Auto Top-up. The system will check when your current top-up ends, so you don't have to remember it. Everything works without your involvement — your plan will always stay active. You can enable Auto Top-up in your account on the website or in the Viking App.

Auto Top-up can work either through a linked payment card or from your Prepaid balance — if you choose the latter option, make sure there are enough funds in your balance to renew the plan.

2. Manual top-up — only for the Match plan and Mobile Internet:

Prefer to top up your plan manually? It’s super simple!

• Log in to your account.
• Select the phone number you want to top up.
• Click “Top up” and choose the plan you want to activate.
• You can pay by card, BLIK, or bank transfer.
