How to top up your balance?

You can top up your balance as a one-time top-up (from PLN 5 to PLN 300), or by enabling Automatic Balance Top-Up.

Balance top-ups are available in Viking App and in Viking Account (www).

Top-up in the Viking App

In the app, go to: Balance → Manage balance → One-time prepaid top-up.

In the summary, choose your payment method:

    • BLIK,
    • Your payment card (saved to your account),
    • Payment card – one-time use,
    • Fast bank transfer (Przelewy24).

Top-up via Viking Account (www)

On your Viking Account, go to: Balance → Top up → Top up any amount.

Choose the amount using the + / − buttons or the slider, then click Top up and select a payment method:

    • BLIK,
    • Your payment card (saved to your account),
    • Payment card – one-time use,
    • Fast bank transfer (Przelewy24).

Automatic Balance Top-Up

You can enable Automatic Balance Top-Up, which will automatically add funds when your balance drops below the threshold you set:

    • available in both Viking App and Viking Account,
    • funds are charged from your linked payment card.

Important: if, at the moment of enabling the service, your balance is lower than PLN 5:

    • the system will automatically top up PLN 10,
    • the amount will be charged from your linked card without additional confirmation.

Balance information

    • Funds on your balance are valid as long as your number is active.
    • Topping up your balance does not extend the validity of your number.
    • If you have sufficient funds on your balance, you can use them to renew your plan, to use balance funds for plan renewal:
        • enable Automatic Top-Up from balance, or
        • when renewing the plan manually, choose balance as the payment method.
