For Match and Od Groma Net plans, you have two ways to renew your plan:
- automatically – with Automatic Top-Up
- manually – by renewing the plan yourself
Below, we explain how each option works.
Automatic Top-Up (automatic plan renewal)
If you want your plan to renew automatically every month, enable Automatic Top-Up.
With Automatic Top-Up:
- the system checks when your current plan expires
- you don’t have to remember renewal dates
- everything happens without your involvement
- your plan stays continuously active
You can enable Automatic Top-Up:
- in your Viking Account (www)
- in the Viking App

Changing your plan with Automatic Top-Up enabled
If you want to change your plan (e.g. from Perfekt Match to Ekstra Match):
- disable Automatic Top-Up,
- enable it again and select the new plan.
Manual plan renewal
If you prefer to renew your plan yourself, you can do it at any time.
- Select the phone number for which you want to renew the plan.
- Click Renew plan and choose the plan you want to activate.
- Choose your payment method:
- BLIK,
- Your payment card (saved to your account),
- Payment card – one-time use,
- Fast bank transfer (Przelewy24).
Both options are simple and convenient — choose the one that best fits how you use your Match or Od Groma Net plan.
