By sending an SMS to 234, you accept the “Aktywacja Oferty SMS” terms and conditions.
How can I renew my plan by SMS?
If you have sufficient funds on your Balance, you can activate or renew your Match plan via SMS.
How does it work?
Send a free SMS to 234 with one of the following messages:
- Doladuj perfekt – activates the Perfekt Match plan
- Doladuj hot – activates the Hot Match plan
- Doladuj ekstra – activates the Ekstra Match plan
The SMS content may include uppercase or lowercase letters and Polish diacritical characters.
Can I renew my plan by SMS using a payment card?
No. Renewing a plan by SMS is only possible using funds available on your Balance. How to top up your Balance? – check here.
Can I top up my Balance by SMS?
No. By SMS, you can only activate or renew your Match plan.
How quickly will my plan be renewed by SMS?
Plan activation takes up to 24 hours, but in most cases it happens much faster.
How can I check my Balance without access to the Viking Account?
Enter the short *USSD code *101# and confirm the call.
What is the cost of sending an SMS to 234?
The SMS to 234 is free of charge, also when sent while roaming abroad.
Why didn’t my plan renewal by SMS go through?
Check:
- whether the SMS content was entered correctly,
- whether you have sufficient funds on your Balance.
