Block Premium Services on Your Plan
Premium services are all kinds of services that charge you extra:
- Special number calls, SMS, MMS and video
- Incoming Special SMS/MMS
- Special WAP
- Streaming services
- some helplines and audiotext services
If you want to block the Premium Services on your phone, all you need to do is to contact us using your registered e-maill adress. The blockade will be activated in our system.
If you didn't block the Premium Services completely, then since 12/12/2018 there are limited nevertheless. In accordence with the Telecommunication Law, your monthly limit is set for 35 zł. You can disable or change it by contacting our helpdesk.
