Auto Top-Up is a convenient feature that automatically renews your plan every 31 days – without your involvement. You can choose auto top-up using a payment card or your balance.
How to enable auto top-up using a payment card?
1. Start by adding a payment card – go to: My Account > Settings > Viking Payments.
2. Add your payment card.
3. Go to My Cards and select the number for which you want to enable the service. Click Activate Subscription, then choose the payment method: My Payment Card.
If you have Viking Points, they will be used first.
If not – the transaction will be completed using your card.
How to enable auto top-up from your balance?
1. Go to My Cards and select the number for which you want to enable the service. Click Activate Subscription, then choose the payment method: Funds from your balance.
2. At the time of the monthly top-up, your balance must be at least equal to the value of the plan! Otherwise, activation will not be possible.
Top-up occurs on the last day of your current plan’s validity, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. If the payment fails, we will try again after 4 hours. Another failed attempt will deactivate the service (for that number) – but we will notify you via SMS beforehand.
Top-ups made using other methods do not affect the deactivation or rescheduling of Auto Top-Up.
If you want to change the plan for which Auto Top-Up is enabled (e.g. you have Perfekt Match and want to switch to Ekstra Match), simply disable the service and, when reactivating it, choose the plan you’re interested in.
Note – when switching to a lower plan from the POD PRĄD Offer, you will lose your accumulated GB.
