Can I Block a SIM Card if It’s Lost or Stolen?

Yes. If you have lost your SIM card or a device with a SIM/eSIM card – act quickly. The most important thing is to block the card as soon as possible so that no one can use it.

Even if you block the card quickly, in case of theft, we recommend reporting the incident to the police – it’s better to have such a report just in case.

How to report the loss of a SIM/eSIM card?

    • Send an email to helpdesk@mobilevikings.pl from the email address linked to your Viking Account. In the message, include:
        • full name
        • phone number
        • PESEL number
        • whether you want to block the card only or immediately order a duplicate
    • Call 732 007 007.

Remember

Each time you replace a card, we check whether your PESEL number is restricted. If it is, the duplicate will only be issued after the restriction is disabled.

You can also block your old card without ordering a new one.
