FUP (Fair Use Policy) refers to the rules that apply to roaming within the European Union, defining when roaming services can be used under the same conditions as in Poland.
EU roaming is intended primarily for people who travel occasionally and normally reside in Poland. If you use roaming in this way, you can travel freely within EU countries without worrying about additional charges (in accordance with the terms of your offer).
The European Union allows you to use your phone in EU countries “like at home”, but only if roaming is not used on a permanent basis and does not replace domestic use.
The Fair Use Policy (FUP) helps determine whether EU roaming is used mainly while travelling, rather than as a permanent way of using services outside Poland.
