What are the rates when I’m abroad?
International roaming works when you are abroad and your phone connects to a foreign mobile operator’s network.
Roaming charges depend on two key factors:
- the country you are currently in,
- the country you are calling (or receiving a call from).
Roaming covers not only the European Union, but also countries outside the EU, which are assigned to different roaming zones.
Roaming in the European Union (Euro Zone)
If you have an active Pod Prąd or Match plan, you use regulated EU roaming, which means:
- calls, SMS and MMS are charged the same as in Poland,
- you have a data allowance available in the Euro Zone,
- data used in roaming reduces your domestic data bundle.
If your plan is inactive or once your data allowance is used up, services in the EU are charged from your balance, according to your offer’s price list.

- FALA – 8.72 GB
- SZTORM – 10.17 GB
- VALHALLA – 13.08 GB
EU data limits – Match plans:
- Perfekt – 7.27 GB
- Hot – 8.72 GB
- Ekstra – 10.17 GB
Roaming outside the European Union
Outside the EU, rates depend on the roaming zone assigned to the country you are in.
The price list specifies charges for:
- outgoing and incoming calls,
- SMS and MMS,
- data transmission.
Costs outside the EU are higher than within the EU and are always charged from your available balance.
To use roaming outside the EU, you must have sufficient funds on your balance.

* Unlimited MMS are sent using mobile data. To use them, you must have an available data bundle or have WiFi Calling enabled and be within WiFi coverage.

The EU roaming data allowance is part of your domestic data bundle — using it reduces the available data limit in Poland.
