Get VAT Invoices for Your Top-Ups

If you are an individual user (consumer), VAT invoices for top-ups made through the Viking Account or the Viking App are available in your Viking Account. The document for a given month is generated by the 15th day of the following month (usually earlier).

You can find your invoices here:

• Viking Account: Settings → Invoices

• Viking App: Profile → Payments → Invoices

You can check your invoice details in the following sections:

• Viking Account: Settings → Data → Invoice details

• Viking App: Profile → Your account → Settings → Your details

If you run a sole proprietorship (JDG) and want to receive invoices issued to your company, please migrate to a business account.

You can complete the migration here:

• Viking Account: Settings → Data → Account type → Switch to business

• Viking App: Profile → Your account → Settings → Your details → Account type → Switch to business

If you are using a business account, the method of issuing and receiving invoices will change due to the introduction of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). Detailed information can be found here.
