To receive a refund, you must provide your bank account number (or an account number held with a SKOK credit union).
Providing the account number is equivalent to submitting a refund request.
You can do this in several ways:
- The fastest way: via the Internetowe Konto Abonenta (IKA) – My Viking account.
- Log in to your Viking account.
- Go to the Settings section.
- Select the Data tab.
- Find the field Bank account number for refund.
- Enter your account number in NRB format (26 digits).
- Save the changes.
That’s it. Saving the account number in this section is considered as submitting a refund request.
If your account number was previously provided, you may update it — the system will treat the most recently entered number as the valid one for processing the refund.

Important: The email must be sent from the address assigned to your Viking account.
Please include your refund account number in the message.
