How does roaming work under a offer?

As part of the POD PRĄD offer, you receive unlimited calls, SMS messages, and a GB data allowance depending on the plan you choose, which can be used within Eurozone countries. Specifically, the data allowances are: ZEFIR – 7.27 GB, FALA – 8.72 GB, SZTORM – 10.17 GB, VALHALLA – as much as 13.08 GB.

This means that, while abroad, you can call and write to other countries in the EU or locally without incurring any additional costs.

Using data within the EU package reduces your GB limit for use in Poland.

Here are some examples to better illustrate how the services work:

• I'm in Poland and want to contact someone with a foreign number.
  If you're calling a foreign number, it counts as an international call, and you pay according to the Subscription offer's rate list. To make such calls, you need to have funds in your Balance.
• I'm in Poland and want to contact someone with a Polish number who is currently abroad.
  If you want to contact another domestic number that is abroad and using roaming, you won’t incur any charges.
• I'm outside the country and want to contact a number from another Euro Zone country.
  If you're in one of the Euro Zone countries and make calls or send SMS to people in other Euro Zone countries, you won’t incur any additional charges.
• I've used up my entire GB limit for roaming.
  If you’ve used up your entire GB limit for roaming, you have the option to top up your Balance to continue using data according to the additional services rate list or to purchase additional data packages.
