Another trend for the new year, which we believe will be one of the most important in the coming time, is a minimalist and transparent offer. The difference in the number of products offered is best seen when comparing offers from MVNOs and traditional, large operators. Going through all available offers and choosing the most beneficial one, tailored to our needs, seems like quite a challenge due to the multitude of options. Our observations suggest that it is precisely the emphasis on optimizing offered products that will be visible in 2019.

This year, we largely focused on analyzing your preferences – we spent several months developing a new loyalty program, and numerous tests and consultations allowed us to create a new version of the VikingApp, polish our loyalty program, and ultimately present you with the revolutionary service that is V2V. However, this still wasn't enough for us, and we felt we could go a step further. In December, we made another big change – we discontinued offers that didn't receive much interest and focused on our bestseller, No Limit 25. In our opinion, this simply makes life easier for users. The implementation of Get Connected! was definitely one of the most enjoyable initiatives we had the chance to undertake this year. We are glad that we managed to engage so many seniors and so many Vikings, and our crew got involved not because company policy requires it, but because we feel the need to. Get Connected! is not implemented for an award for a great CSR strategy, but to genuinely start this intergenerational dialogue and include seniors in the online world. Among the Vikings, we wanted to start a dialogue between extreme generations and encourage seniors to create their own unique content online. We decided that to achieve this, we needed to show them the tools with which they could start using the internet effectively, and at the same time – have fun. Over the past year, we organized several workshops for seniors in Wrocław, intergenerational cooking, digital speed dating, and lectures by senior influencers. All these activities were based on a survey we conducted on the streets of Wrocław, in which we investigated seniors' preferences. The Get Connected! campaign aims to prove that, contrary to popular opinion, navigating the virtual world is not too difficult for older people. And this is undoubtedly one of those actions that we will heavily focus on in 2019!

As conscious consumers, we increasingly pay attention to where the company is from whose offer we want to use – whether it's a coffee roaster or... an operator. We like to know that the products and services we use are consistent with our ideals, we want to know where they come from and who is behind them. As many as 40% of respondents claim that if a product is local, it is simply of better quality. What can we understand by this quality in the case of a telecommunications service? It's simple – Mobile Vikings is built on community, and a large part of this community is in Wrocław. That's why we are planning a series of initiatives with local companies, jointly creating special offers, promotions, and contests that you can benefit from! The place where we operate is extremely important to us, and therefore for the new year, we resolve to be even more with you!
