What do you do at Mobile Vikings?
My title reads – Social Media & Content Coordinator. Sounds proud, right? 🦚 In my daily work, I manage our onboard Instagram 📷, chat with Vikings on our channels 💬, and help with bigger or smaller Viking initiatives [Vikings of all sizes are welcome! – ed.].
What do you like most about your job?
The fact that something is always happening! Plus, it's impossible to get bored with such a crazy crew. I don't feel monotony or the repetition of telco industry patterns onboard. 🤵⛔ I especially value the openness to our ideas and the lack of creative limitations.
…I'm happy when there are people around me. If they have food, even better.
And what do you like to do outside of work?
Give my doggy kisses on his snoot 😗🐶, browse content related to makeup/skincare/haircare, and then try everything on myself. Once a week, I meet up with my girl dance group 💃💃💃, otherwise, I like to work out on my own and enjoy the weather in the garden. I'm a social animal and am always happy when there are people around me. If they have food, even better. Oh! I recently started watching the series Community – I recommend it!

Anyone who knows me knows that shrimp have a special place in my heart. 🦐 ➡️ 🍤 ➡️ ❤️ I'm practically a superfan of places like Shrimp House and Sea Food Bar&Market [the places don't have to thank us for the brand placement – ed.]. In second place, my beloved pizza – Neapolitan, of course. But I won't lie, I'll sometimes embrace a thick, gut-busting pizza too. And my latest addiction is Oven Baked crisps. I can't walk past them indifferently. When it comes to sweets, it's either all or nothing… brownie! 🎂 During quarantine, I also started baking more – chocolate cupcakes with raspberries are my favorite.
And what playlist do you have for today?
A strongly danceable playlist, how else! We start with classics for a warm-up. Biała armia 🐐 is probably my all-time hit, after the first note I already have a fighting mood to shout "you're cheese" at someone. Love for ABBA passed down from my parents, and every holiday trip started with a Boney M. album. Then we move on to a portion of Pop/R&B/Funk and Hip&Hop music – my favorite mix. No matter what, as long as the beat is strong 💣 and keeps you on the dance floor for long hours. And at the very end, we calm down – a suggestion from the Polish Hip Hop scene and an acoustic cry-fest from Bishop Briggs. After an hour of dancing to this playlist, the workout is done and you can get to the crisps!
