Although the Roam Like At Home principle applies in the European Union, meaning you use your package without additional charges, there's one important condition for internet – the roaming data limit. This is the maximum number of gigabytes you can use abroad without extra charges. If you exceed it, you still have network access, but you pay a small fee for each additional megabyte. The limit protects against abuse – for example, a situation where someone buys a cheap package in Poland, but lives permanently abroad and constantly uses the network.

Don't worry, you won't immediately fall overboard. When you run out of GBs during your voyage across the EU, you can choose one of two courses – and both are safe.
1. Add a new package and sail on
You board the Domestic Internet Package, and there, additional portions of gigabytes await – some of which also work in the EU.

- 100 GB (including as much as 11.63 GB for roaming).
This is the ideal solution when your vacation is just catching wind in its sails and you're not planning to drop anchor.
2. Top up your balance and pay for each MB according to the rate
If you only need a quick map check or to look up restaurant reviews in the evening, simply top up your treasury and use the internet according to the price list. You pay for what you use.
Remember, if you run out of funds in your account, neither Odin nor your mobile operator will be able to help. The internet will disappear from your deck.
