Anyone who has flown on an airplane at least once knows that in a dangerous situation, you must first ensure your own safety before taking any action. Over the past few days, we have been working to enable all employees to work remotely smoothly, effectively, and, above all, safely (both for epidemiological and technical reasons). We've succeeded, and each of us is now broadcasting from our own port!

Help Desk on duty
The best Help Desk in the world is here for you during unchanged hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM, and on weekends 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). The only change we've made, for obvious reasons, is the inability to pick up SIM cards in person at our Wrocław office. Otherwise, we're answering phones and replying to emails and messages on all our channels. We're solving your problems and offering help as usual, even with non-telecommunication matters. If you have any kind of trouble and need a hero to deal with it – don't hesitate to contact us. Are you bored like pugs and don't know what else to watch? Come to us. Want to just talk, like real people? We're waiting! We'll help, because that's what we're here for.

Additional safety measures
Since we're operating online at full power, it means that, just like before, you can place orders for new numbers or switch to our network from other operators. With sanitary safety in mind, the Vikings and ViQueens preparing your shipments are paying extra attention to hygiene rules. They even hum Beata Kozidrak's and Krzysztof Krawczyk's hits in their sleep, and pack all envelopes in protective gloves. By the way, we remind you that during the epidemic, non-cash payments are best, such as: Dotpay, Blik, Google Pay, or a traditional payment card. We support all these methods!

Now, the process of joining Mobile Vikings involves minimal physical contact – all you need to do is receive the envelope from the courier and, if necessary, confirm your personal details. However, to further increase the comfort of new Vikings during this difficult period, we are in the process of implementing a contactless SIM card delivery procedure for ported numbers. Free of charge, of course!
