wrOFFław 2020! We love your voices, Vikings. Truly, there's no sweeter honey for our hearts than the moments we spend talking with you. 🍯 But ears don't live on conversation alone, so we decided to treat them to some good music for a change. Good, because it's from Wrocław! Last weekend, we spent it at the wrOFFław festival in the atmospheric Czasoprzestrzeń. 🎵
Of course, as befits Vikings, we didn't come empty-handed. 🎁 We grabbed armfuls of comfortable Viking deckchairs from Command Center, 🛏️ so that the audience present (unfortunately heavily limited due to the pandemic, but hey – how exclusive it became! Besides, the whole festival was also streamed live online) could participate in the concerts in full comfort. Viking Wolf tucked our hand sanitizer dispenser under his arm 🧼 (yes, we have our own dispensers and soon all of Wrocław will find out!). To ensure participants had a safe experience; we also prepared surprises for the performing bands – boxes full of goodies straight from our store. 👕 Apparently, the Viking bags were a hit, as well as the helmets, which we didn't hesitate to share when a festival-goer expressed a desire for such a tasteful headwear.
You can see that the musicians were craving such a meeting and playing in front of an audience. The pandemic has emptied out everyone who plays and those who listen too.

The atmosphere on-site was incredible – a truly off-the-beaten-path, intimate vibe, completely relaxed, great music, interesting lectures… during which, apparently quite accidentally, we became masters of the background, who saw ViQueen Asia in the background? 🙃 Viking Wolf had the opportunity to meet the editor of the Polisz Czart list, on whose rungs the track by the irreplaceable 4dziki, inspired by our Virusong, is currently climbing. 🚗 I, on the other hand, noticed a whole gallery of familiar faces from High School No. XII. How small Wrocław is, right? It's like with our network – we're not a giant and we don't want to be. We prefer to get to know our Vikings and create something special together! 🤝
The people who came to the festival created a very intimate atmosphere, combined with the bands, it created a very off-the-beaten-path vibe.

We don't know ourselves which performance we liked the most: Älskar, Bleeding Moses, Dead and Delicious, Echa, EEMEE, Hetane, Hypnoheads, The Lions, Mapa., Nowomowa, Resoraki, T4PE, or perhaps Tom J.? Each of us had their favorite, but we all share the admiration for the fact that our beloved city 🌉 has so much to offer, including on the music scene. If it weren't for the team of music enthusiasts who create wrOFFław, we probably wouldn't have had the opportunity to find out – respect to them! So, we give the festival a Viking seal of approval ⚔️ and eagerly await the 3rd edition – hopefully at full, pandemic-unrestricted power, because that's the only thing this initiative deserves.
