We know that many of you already use our app, but there's also a large group that's only just considering installing the app on their phones. For everyone who has any questions or doubts, we've gathered the most important information.
Check your account status
Here you can find all information regarding your account status. You can check how many minutes you have left to call, SMS messages to send, or GB of data to use. Plus, another very important piece of information – when each of your top-ups expires. You can also check the number of Viking Points you have. And all of this is presented in real-time, in one place, and in a clear format.
Top up your account
Using the app, you can top up your account in a super fast and convenient way. Simply select a top-up from the list, make a payment using Viking Points or Quick Payment, enter your password, and confirm the purchase. Note: for Quick Payment, you need to link a Mastercard/VISA card to your account.
Contact Help Desk
The app allows direct connection to the Help Desk with a single click. You report a problem, and we immediately know your phone's number and model, as well as the version of the app and software you're using, which significantly helps us provide assistance.
Meet the Vikings
If you want to know which of your friends are Vikings, use our app. A small helmet icon next to a contact in the app = Viking. Now you can choose the right offer and talk to your friends for free.
