Tomorrow, June 15th, in accordance with the regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU, roaming service prices will be lowered across the entire Community. You've probably heard that the change in rates also concerns us. What awaits Vikings in the near future? How to ensure you can stay in touch with friends and family abroad? Here's a short roaming guide.

- Cost of outgoing calls in the EU – PLN 0.12/min
- Cost of outgoing SMS in the EU – PLN 0.04
- Cost of outgoing MMS in the EU – PLN 0.01
- Cost of data transmission in the EU – PLN 0.012/MB
- EU roaming data package, valid for 31 days: 1 GB – PLN 12, 2 GB – PLN 24

The main changes we've introduced to our roaming offer include lower charges for outgoing calls – down to 16 gr, and SMS messages – down to 5 gr. Additionally, you can now receive incoming calls at no extra cost. Data packages in the EU work on a simple principle: every MB costs only 4 groszy, which is over 5 times cheaper than before.

As you can see, the changes are for the better. For Vikings, nothing changes except for the lowered rates within the EU. Just like last time, this time too, to fully use your phone abroad, you need to have funds in your account. The difference is that prices abroad will be significantly lower starting tomorrow. It's worth mentioning that in countries outside the European Union, roaming rates will not change.
Simplicity and clarity of our offer are our priority. Offering "No Limit" abroad might have involved incorporating roaming costs into other services or increasing domestic prices. We didn't want to expose you to that. Remember, regardless of whether you choose a Standard or No Limit top-up, you can receive incoming calls and messages in EU roaming for free.
