How does Auto top-up work?

Automatic Top-Up is a convenient service that automatically renews your plan every 31 days, without requiring any action on your part.

You can choose one of two payment methods:

    • payment card
    • balance funds

How to enable Automatic Top-Up with a payment card?

1. Add a payment card

    • go to My Account → Settings → Viking Payments
    • add your payment card

2. Enable Automatic Top-Up

    • go to My numbers
    • select the number for which you want to activate the service
    • click Activate subscription
    • choose the payment method: My payment card

How to enable Automatic Top-Up from your balance?

1. Go to My numbers.

2. Select the number for which you want to enable the service.

3. Click Activate subscription.

4. Choose the payment method: Balance funds.

Important information about balance funds
    • Automatic Top-Up is performed every 31 days.
    • To be completed successfully, you must ensure you have sufficient funds on your balance.
    • On the day of Automatic Top-Up, your balance must be at least equal to the price of your plan — otherwise, Automatic Top-Up will not be completed.

When is Automatic Top-Up performed?

Automatic Top-Up is completed on the last day of validity of your current plan, between 9:00 and 15:00.

If the payment fails:

    • we will try again after 4 hours,
    • another failed attempt will disable Automatic Top-Up for that number,
    • you will receive an SMS notification beforehand.

Renewing your plan using other payment methods does not affect the Automatic Top-Up schedule or its activation.

Changing your plan with Automatic Top-Up enabled

If you want to change the plan that is renewed via Automatic Top-Up (e.g. from Perfekt Match to Ekstra Match):

→ disable Automatic Top-Up

→ enable it again, selecting the new plan

Remember: when switching to a lower plan in the POD PRĄD offer, you will lose your accumulated GB.
