How many times have you wanted to quickly find something on your phone and had to waste time searching for the right app or photo? There is an infinite number of apps, often free or very cheap, which we often download just to try them out. As a result, your smartphone or tablet ends up being cluttered with dozens of icons and files that are hard to find later. The whole art is in developing your own style of organizing apps and making them easier to identify. The most common methods involve frequency of use or theme, but there are ways that – although less common – are just as logical and more creative.
A GOOD STRATEGY IS FUNDAMENTAL
Some apps are used many times a day, others rather sporadically. For this reason, it can be convenient to divide them by frequency of use to have the most frequently used ones at your fingertips, like WhatsApp and Messenger.
Aesthetics can sometimes take precedence over functionality. Another division is based on the color of the app icon: the human brain easily remembers such a catalog. Precision enthusiasts can organize apps on their smartphones in alphabetical order. However, this method has one drawback – you have to remember their names. For example, on iOS, you can automatically move apps: simply select Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.
It is much more intuitive to place icons in a specific position on the screen, based on the position of the finger you most often use to type. This is a very practical method that allows you to always have the most needed apps in the right place.
If you use many apps simultaneously, you can also create folders divided by function or alternatively simply place them close together, for example, using multiple screens to keep the most frequently used ones on the foreground.

Of course, when tidying up your phone, it's also worth considering removing viruses and malware. It's worth downloading antivirus and anti-spyware apps and using a VPN, which by changing your IP address maintains the privacy of your online activities and acts as protection against threats from cybercriminals.
