• from the Pre-paid Balance - add funds to your account in advance and the plan will renew automatically - if there are sufficient funds on the account before the renewal date.

Prepaid phone number registration is mandated by the Act on Anti-Terrorist Activities from the year 2016. The purpose of this registration is to increase security, ensure the possibility to identify users and limit the usage of anonymous phone numbers for criminal activity.

In case you top-up your plan regularly, unused GB is rolled-over to the next period - up to a total limit of 931.32GB.

It is worth remembering that switching your plan to a less expensive option (for instance switching from Fala to Zefir) resets your unused GBs.

Yes, you can use the prepaid plan in EU countries. You have unlimited calls, texts, MMS messages and a data package. The data package depends on your active plan. The EU roaming GB limit renews every 1st day of the month, regardless of the AutoRenewal date.

The offer is intended for customers living in Poland and travelling to the EU only occasionally. In case of prolonged stays abroad, additional fees may apply - in line with Fair Use Policy. Such fees are deducted from the Prepaid Balance.

To avoid service interruptions when travelling outside the EU, check the applicable rates in advance and recharge your Balance.
