ING mobile banking, Ruch points of sale, and Poczta Polska – these are three new ways and places where you can register your prepaid SIM card in our network. We know how valuable your time is, which is why we strive to simplify the formalities associated with using our services as much as possible.
You can register your Mobile Vikings prepaid SIM card not only at our office in Wrocław, in Play network stores, or via courier, but also on the ING bank's website, at Ruch points of sale, or at Poczta Polska. In each case, you must have your ID card or passport with you. How to do it?
➡ Mobile banking with ING bank – all holders of an internet account with this bank can register their SIM card without leaving home. Simply log in to the bank's transaction system and find the option to register a prepaid number. The system will ask you to provide your PESEL number, phone number, and SIM card number. You can find the latter number in your Viking account or obtain it by entering the code *127# on your phone. After confirming the registration, you will receive an email from us informing you that the process has been completed successfully.
➡ Ruch points of sale – we have also signed an agreement with a nationwide network of kiosks and small shops. There are over 2,000 of them throughout Poland. An ID card or passport and your SIM card number – that's all you need to register your number at a Ruch kiosk.
➡ Poczta Polska – in addition to your identity document, bring your SIM card number with you.

For those of you who would like to port your number to Mobile Vikings, you don't even have to leave home. Simply fill out the online application, and a courier will deliver the necessary documents for porting your number free of charge and will also register your number in our network. If you lead a mobile lifestyle and find it difficult to arrange a meeting with a courier, be sure to contact our Help Desk by phone. We will send you the documents by mail, and you will send us scanned, signed copies via email.
