To order a starter pack, start by choosing a plan. Our offer is divided into two basic segments – Subscription and pay-as-you-go tariff (also known as Pay-as-you-go offer). Subscription is a self-renewing service. When one cycle ends, funds will be automatically debited from your payment card, and you'll immediately receive a new batch of data to use. In the case of the pay-as-you-go offer – you can top it up regularly, use auto-top-up, or decide to change your plan.

What's included in the starter pack?
The main element of the starter pack is an eSIM or SIM card. This will seal your belonging to our community ⚡. Thanks to it, you'll also breathe life into your smartphone, which will finally start making calls, sending and receiving messages, and efficiently navigating even the furthest corners of the internet. As part of the starter pack, you'll also receive an intuitive instruction manual for seamless service activation.
How long do you have to wait for a starter pack?
It depends on the type of SIM card you choose. As you already know, we love smart innovations that make life easier for Vikings. Therefore, we definitely recommend an eSIM starter pack. With it, you can forget about a physical plastic SIM card that needs to be inserted into the tray that slides out of the side of your phone.
Instead, you'll receive data to enter into your device's settings. This way, you'll get your activation package via email – immediately after paying for the service. This is definitely safer and more comfortable than the traditional solution. Once you experience how eSIM works, you'll probably only reach for traditional cards when necessary, for example, if you travel outside the European Union and the European Economic Area on vacation.
Before you decide on this option, make sure your smartphone supports it. To do this, check your device manufacturer's website and verify your model's compatibility with the eSIM standard.
If you have a slightly older phone or simply feel more comfortable using familiar solutions, there's nothing stopping you from ordering a traditional SIM card from us. In this case, a courier will deliver your package within one business day of dispatch.
How to activate the service?
We'll ask you to confirm your identity. You can do this using electronic banking or the mObywatel app. Then, you'll need to log in to your user account on our website or in the mobile app. There, you'll scan a QR code, and then follow a few steps according to the attached instructions. Remember, you must complete this operation within 72 hours of receiving all instructions. Otherwise, we'll have to block the card for security reasons.
Another option: the courier company can assist us with identity verification. So, have your ID card or other document ready when the delivery person knocks on your door. Then, log in to your account in the mobile app or on the website. We'll need confirmation of package receipt there, which you'll authorize by entering the last 4 digits of the SIM card. If you're registering a new number, the service will be activated within 24 hours. In the case of number portability, we may need a little more time. However, we'll strive to complete the entire procedure as quickly as possible.
