And since you have such a stake in the company, it's only natural that you should have the right to co-create it! So, see what your ducats have been spent on (among other things) recently. Our business model is simple. Instead of spending funds on celebrities, expensive TV ads, and other marketing fluff 🤮 or hoarding cash in chests, 🏴☠️ we prefer to invest in you. Firstly, this simply means doing a good job – improving our offer and ensuring that using it is not just hassle-free, but downright delightful! Secondly, we want to do what we believe in and what you believe in.
The pandemic period showed us even more that what drives us is helping. Every day we fulfill ourselves by helping you with phone-related matters. Truly, is there anything more pleasant than solving a problem and a Viking hanging up the phone with a smile? Or not hanging up at all, but staying on the line to chat? 💬☕ It happens! But we wanted to do more. And we did more. And most importantly – we will continue to do so. If you want.
